PPO
Preferred Provider Organizations are useful to employers looking
to offer their employees lower premiums and keep their own costs down
in a simplified, easy-to-use plan. Dimension PPO is a free-standing
health care delivery system offering a full spectrum of inpatient,
outpatient and other medical and surgical services.
Established in
1985, Dimension Health PPO has numerous member hospitals in Dade,
Broward, Palm Beach and Monroe Counties, more than 6,000 physicians and
in excess of 400,000 covered lives. Participants have valuable
incentives to encourage the use of Dimension PPO providers: they save
out of pocket expenses, receive no balance billing and need not fill
out claims forms. Providers may be selected from outside the network,
however, maintaining freedom of choice.

Dimension Plus
Dimension Plus was created during 2003 and became operational on
January 1, 2004. Dimension Plus consists of the same group of 50
hospitals, 6800 physician and 125 ancillary providers as Dimension PPO
with one major exception - greater discounts. Plus was developed for
local employers who desire to self-fund their health insurance plan by
using independent non HMO owned network.

Established in March, 1999, DimensionComp is an affiliate of
Dimension Health, Inc. Growing rapidly and entering the millennium,
we are now one of the largest Workers' Compensation networks in South
Florida.
We presently insure 50,000 covered lives in South Florida.
DimensionComp is engaged in professional employer services, managed
Workers' Compensation, drug free workplace programs and behavioral
health care delivery services. As DimensionComp's expansion
